Veneto Jardins is a contemporary Italian restaurant located in the Jardins district of São Paulo. Its concept combines tradition, elegance, and a welcoming atmosphere, translating references from Italian culture into a modern and sophisticated experience.
Challenge
The challenge was to develop a visual identity that conveyed Veneto’s Italian essence without relying on the category’s most obvious visual codes. The goal was to create a distinctive brand that balanced tradition and contemporary design while remaining consistent across the entire restaurant experience.
Outcome
At the heart of the identity is a stylized interpretation of the Lion of Saint Mark, the historic symbol of Venice and the Veneto region. Combined with serif typography, a natural color palette, and a distinctive graphic system, the symbol shaped an elegant, recognizable, and versatile identity.
The visual language was consistently applied across the façade, menus, uniforms, tabletop materials, and other brand touchpoints, creating a cohesive experience that connects the brand’s heritage with the contemporary atmosphere of the Jardins district.
