PROAD – Self-Regulation Program
About
PROAD — the Condominium Management Self-Regulation Program — was created to promote high standards of quality, ethics, and transparency in condominium management. The initiative seeks to recognize and encourage best practices among condominium management companies, strengthening market confidence and contributing to the professionalization of the sector.
Challenge
The challenge was to develop a visual identity capable of representing the values of excellence, credibility, and commitment that guide the program. In addition to conveying institutional authority, the brand needed to establish a visual connection with the condominium management sector without relying on the traditional symbols commonly used in the industry.
The solution was inspired by the architecture of the buildings managed by participating companies, transforming their structural forms into a geometric composition that evolves into a diamond — an element symbolizing quality, value, and the highest standards.
Outcome
The result was a modern, solid, and memorable visual identity that communicates the program’s principles clearly and distinctively. The symbol’s geometric construction reinforces the concepts of organization, transparency, and continuous improvement, while its association with a diamond strengthens the perception of excellence and recognition.
The brand has become an important element of PROAD’s institutional positioning, enhancing the value of participating companies and consolidating the program’s credibility among property managers, condominium communities, and the broader market.
Brand Concept
The symbol’s geometry was developed from the architectural volumes of buildings, evolving into the shape of a diamond to represent excellence, value, and the highest standards in condominium management.
